Sunroom....Updates?

I have been picking colors and trying to find some affordable way to decorate the sunroom that will also be conclusive with entertaining little girls and swimmers etc.  While I love the Rachel Ashwell sofa that I have seen on several blogs, it is not in the budget right now and the ladies that have blogged about it usually cover with sheets etc to clean so that gave me and idea......
I came up with my own version, now please remember this is on a budget, not finished as I need to go buy the bedding that will fit better I just simply pulled the bedding off of my bed to see if it would work, I will reveal the sunroom when painted, seasal rug purchased, little chandy hung etc.......... but here is what I played with today. There is no area to lay down but each seat reclines with the exception of the love seat where two can cuddle....
this consists of four salon shampoo chairs that are black leather and lean back 40.00 for all four, one 8 year old
plastic walmart bench......was $15 8 years ago on clearance....the bedding will be draped loose enough that
you can still lean back in chairs and there will be a large comfy ottoman I have yet to find.....

Cute farmhouse washstand I got from a sweet friend that was low enough profile to put on the wall of windows that faces the pool without ubstructing the view and allowing the sun to shine through the blueish sunglass antique jars

took chairs out of sewing room as the  1950's medical chair and stool I bough last week for 5.00
cleaned up nice is being recovered this week and will work better for sewing, this table telescopes and was
a 1960 beauty salon table this will be a spot for coffee or wine

It was hard to get a picture of it all but here is my "shabby sectional for under 200.00 bedding pillows chairs and all! There are two antique end tables that hold magazines and the sofa table will have a potterybarn type
terranium I saw how to make one out of dollar store wood frames.......

So now I am off hunting the other pieces necessary.......and trying one more color of paint on the wall before I decide...

Have  a lovely day reveal to come over the next couple of weeks!

  4. Mm, that's going to be one wonderful sunroom once you've finished decorating it. It's coming together quite nicely, really. The place looks so warm and comfortable -- perfect for lounging around during a nice, bright day.
