Mirror Mirror on the Wall

Last night I got that I wanna paint urge, yes I had already painted a French Provencial Dresser, chair and Vanity earlier in the day and was ready to relax but a big black and gold mirror kept calling my name as I walked by..........so I started this project at ten in the evening when normal people go to sleep........I worked on it and set alarm at 7 am to stain and wax and complete this baby.

I did not get a before picture but all the parts that I used Louis Blue on were once Black and all the parts I used Old White on were once gold

This mirror sold as it was being put in the booth
I did stop to take a picture and I know this mirror will be so happy in it's new home with it's new look!

And more news........

My Friend Barbara is moving into Uniques Gallery and we will be sharing a booth right next to my existing booth.  Barbara has been in the antique business for many years.  Barbara is a current Vendor at Golightlies in North Richland Hills and Pickers Point in Keller.  I am so excited to have a shared space with her at Uniques, Barb and I will aslo be sharing space at Pickers Point, I will be moving over to her booth Nov.1,
Can't miss us we are the booth one you see directly ahead as you are walking through the door of the back area. The booth with all the doors!

We both will have our individual booths and two shared spaces I am so excited to be able to be in a few places but also be able to have time to fill each booth properly and have time to design and sew.........When sewing one of my aprons recently for an Etsy order I was reminded me of how much I love to create and sew as well as paint. So since I now have a partner to help stock booth with furniture, I soon will be adding handmade linens, table runners, pillows, aprons etc. to each of my locations!

Thanks so much for reading!
Have a wonderful Sunday!
Sherry
