Really good news 2 times in one week???

I am just so tickled and thrilled that



1. Rachel Ashwell is opening a "Shabby Chic Couture Store", In September in TEXAS...........


I have followed Rachel through books, video's, magazines, blogs for a very long time. I have admired her work from afar.  I have even scheduled a stop off in Santa Monica in 3 weeks to see the original Shabby Chic Couture store.............but this morning again with my coffee what do my wonder eyes appear.

2. A few days ago I found and blogged about one of my favorite websites to drool at CABBAGES and ROSES is releasing a fabric line for the US market..........I had emailed them and contemplated ordering materials and then saw the news they are releasing  "North Cote" in America.




I am so pleased that I can drive just a few hours and Shop a Shabby Chic Couture store and stay in at The Prairie Inn!  And in September I can get all the Cabbages and Roses fabric I want at my local quilt shop

OH What a Wonderful September this will be!!!

Have a Wonderful Tuesday, I am painting farmhouse cabinets to put in booth and recovering a chair. I will show pictures later this week.
