Vintage Headboard Coat Rack

My Very talented friend Barb  takes headboards and antique door knobs and  makes coat racks for entry way, laundry rooms, and with twin headboards she has put hooks on them and made towel holders for bathrooms.  These are beautiful and very popular in her antique booths (she is in Pickers Point , Keller TX, and GoLightly's in North Richland Hills TX)

I have been wanting one for awhile now and drooling over everyone that she has completed and sold.  I went to an auction and got a king sized headboard in a bundle with the Hosta Dresser I put in my studio. I did not know what to do with it so Barb and I worked a deal for her to get it............she worked her magic and put it in her booth for sale,  I saw what she did with it, the antique glass door knobs just a sparklin, perfect color, perfect distress this baby was calling my name.  I just had to get it back.............

She now resides in my Laundryroom wich is also the main entryway for our house, this baby will hold

backpacks, purses, jackets.  I just love it!!!

Barb you are so very talented and I love my one of a kind coat rack so much that i just had to share with my blogging friends
